So you might be wondering where I have been for the past 2 and a bit weeks! Or you may not of noticed at all ;) either way it's been flat out in my wedding photography & commercial businesses including a huge amount of travel so my online presence for Hoofbeats & Pawprints has been a little rubbish. So apologies.
Today that changes though with an especially lovely session I had back in May (where is the time going this year?) with the beautiful Di and her pony Sooty. They are based on a lovely yard in Kent which I have had the pleasure of visiting before.
Sooty was a typical pony and didn't want to play ball with his ears but we made it work and got some beautiful photos of the two of them together. Di hasn't had him long so it was lovely to capture these photos to celebrate the early days of their journey together.
In other news I think I can officially say that my beautiful Pearl is backed and feeling pretty confident about being ridden. She has handled herself beautifully when faced with new things and I am looking forward to progressing with her. I never thought I would ever be capable of backing a horse especially bitless but we have done it!!
I also have some spaces still for shoots over the summer and if you would like to find out more about them just click on the button below...
